Excavator has been working in the harsh environment for a long time as a heavy duty mechanic.The outstanding dynamic and randomness of the loads lead to the stress failure of the mecanical structure.One of the trends of today’s construction machinery is to cut down the researching period of new products,and expedite the changing proceedings of hydraulic excavator.Promoting the reliability and durability of the machine is necessary.Research on dynamic and kinetics of excavator is the basic of excavator’s performance.The strength of working devices is one of the most important performance index that users care about.According to available information,there are several questions in the research on the strength tress of working devices:1\Static stress analysis is based on the maximal theoretical diggin force.solving the euler static balance equation of arm.boom and bucket on the given posture.The joint loads has a great deviation from the practical situation.The results are out the range of the practical situation.2\The dynamic research on hit against working devices should be further examined.3\The transient analysis of working devices during the whole digging process is not available. The lack of the joint loads during practical process and verification of transient analysis also exist.This essay is working on the transient analysis of working devices during the digging process based on the ADAMS model.And verify the results according to test.The essay has summarized the research on dynamic and kinamic of excavator,the virtual prototype of excavator.and the strength analysis of working device.lt points out the shortcoming in current research,and the contents of this essay has been summarized.Two types of virtual model are builded in ADAMS according to multi-body dynamics theory.According to the dynamic and kinamics analysis of hydraulic excavator,three factors that infuluence dynamic performance have been comparied,which are the deformation and vibration caused by multi-body,the compound action of two cylinders.the inertia when excavator works.The joint loads are obtained based on the multi-body virtual model.Then transient analysis of working devices is realized in Workbench.A further research of the influence of dynamic factors has been made according to the difference strength analysis of two virtual model.A test platform is builed on Labview.In the test,experiental machine is a hydraulic excavator that weighs 21t.The regularities of distribution of stress in test is obtained,and it has comparised to the strength analysis of virtual model, to verify the reliability of transient analysis.
