Asynchronous motor is important driving force of the production practice and other fields. With more and more serious environmental pollution and energy crisis, the efficiency of the work of the asynchronous motor is very important, attracting the attention of people from all walks of life. Depth study of asynchronous motor speed regulation promotes the development of the efficiency optimization control, generally using constant flux vector control regulation, asynchronous motor efficiency values at light load state is generally not high, steady-state operation, efficiency decreased significantly.This paper studies the asynchronous motor control system ADRC work efficiency at light load state in the optimization strategy, improve work efficiency.Paper first analyzes the characteristics of asynchronous motor internal loss, and established the calculating iron loss of the asynchronous motor vector control system. In view of the traditional PI speed controller is easy to overshoot and the shortcomings of slow response, ADRC speed controller was designed, The ADRC consists of three parts:tracking differentiator,ESO and NLSEF.It does not depend on the precise model,makes the interference within the model and the unpredictability of foreign interference attribute to the total disturbance,uses the error feedback method for real-time estimation and compensation, the simulation results show that compared with the classical PI controller in a wide range of speed control has better dynamic performance and parameter changes of load disturbance, motor has better robustness.Paper based on the ADRC speed controller loss model in-depth study of the two efficiency loss model and search algorithm to optimize control strategies. the loss model method has a faster response speed, can effectively reduce motor losses, but the loss of motor parameters will change the rotor flux model method to get the optimum flux deviation, reduce motor efficiency. search method is robust, effectively improve system efficiency, but the control system is more complex.Finally, based on TI company’s DSP chip TMS320F28335 system core control chip system experimental platform based on loss model is established, the part of the system hardware and software part for the overall design, through experimental research proved that based on the loss model efficiency optimization method can effectively improve the efficiency of induction motor system.
