In chemical, pharmaceutical, textile and other industries, measure and control temperature are important factors to achieve safe and efficient production. Currently, the pressure type thermometers, bimetal thermometers, thermo-resistance sensors, thermocouple sensors are often used in these fields. Wherein the pressure type thermometers and bimetal thermometer can only indicate on the spot but in the distance, however, the both need manually zero calibration because both accuracies are easily affected by changes of internal structure and ambient temperature. On the contrary, the thermo-resistance and thermocouple sensors are used for distance measure, but it is inconvenient to configure secondary instrument and power for on-the-spot monitoring and read the unstable indicated value. To solve these problems, a thermometer adaptive with environmental temperature of mechatronic is designed.The designed thermometer consists of pressure temperature measure system adaptive with environmental temperature and the thermo-resistance(or electronic) temperature measure system, wherein one is used for on-the-spot monitoring while another for remote use. The pressure temperature measure system is a pressure type thermometer. And the error model which uses the method of least squares support vector machines(LS-SVM) is built to research and analyze the biggest factors affecting the accuracy of pressure type thermometer. Thus an adaptive compensation institution is designed to resolve the accuracy problem of pressure measure system. Not only the long distant transmit and monitor but the function of mechatronic high precision thermometry of single point measurement and double temperature indicator are realized by inserting thermo-resistance sensors in the pressure temperature measure system. The main contents of this article are as follows:(1) The structure and properties of the two temperature measure systems are analyzed so as to select preliminarily the temperature instruments with pressure temperature measure system and electronic temperature measure system. The overall design scheme of mechatronic thermometer is put forward, and the corresponding system function and technical index are definite.(2) The error prediction model established by using LS-SVM analyzes the temperature measure structure and error influence of fluid pressure type thermometer. The model inputs characteristic parameter, such as environment temperature and the length of capillary, etc. and outputs the error value and the rate of error change along with the change of the length. According to the principle of regression prediction, the error prediction model of fluid pressure type thermometer is established by using optimal parameter combined grid search and cross validation. The experimental results are analyzed on MATLAB with the LSSVMlab and concluded the two greatest factors which influence the accuracy of pressure type thermometer.(3) In order to solve the two greatest factors which influence the accuracy of the pressure type thermometer, this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the conventional bimetal compensation method and gives a method of tube compensation and designs compensation mechanism to implement adaptive compensation over the analysis of prediction model of pressure type thermometer. The adaptive compensation mechanism is verified to be effective and superior by the theoretical analysis and experiment.(4) This paper selects the thermal resistance and the aviation plugs of the said thermo-resistance temperature measure system of mechatronic thermometer according to the principle and structure of thermal resistance, and analyzes the structure principle of the thermo-resistance temperature measure system. The mechatronic thermometer is manufactured by inserting the thermo-resistance temperature measure system into the pressure temperature measure system. In addition various technical indices of the mechatronic thermometer are verified by analysis and experiment.The thesis researches and designs the adaptive compensation mechanism of pressure type thermometers. The pressure type thermometers and thermo-resistance temperature measure system are combined to accomplish the function of the on-the-spot indication and distant monitor of the temperature measurement. And the two temperature measure system can monitor each other to improve the reliability and accuracy of the temperature measurement. In addition, the design and method of mechatronic thermometer are of great significance to the development of instrument technology.
