| Since the 18th CPC National Congress, with the accelerating urbanization process in China, the proportion and the corresponding building energy consumption is becoming higher and higher. We are faced with the deepening energy crisis and also the urgency of the construction energy conservation. Therefore, to resolve the contradiction of the energy shortage and improvement of people’s living environment quality is the key to realize the objective of sustainable development strategy. This is also the root sense of our study.From the perspective of the theoretical analysis, this study demonstrates the energy saving technology, feasibility analysis, risk quantification and operation mode of the current situation of foreign building energy efficiency, and then based on five aspects, i.e., the influence factor, energy-saving technology optimization, construction management mode, ecological engineering project management and building energy efficiency evaluation discusses the current situation of the development of building energy efficiency in China. Through the analysis above, this paper finds that the combination of domestic project theory and practice of energy saving is still inadequate.In this sense, based on the domestic and abroad theory and method of building energy efficiency with a construction project case, this paper mainly does the following work:(1) clarifies the relevant theoretical connotation, and expounds the energy saving technology abroad. (2) according to the actual project case, considering the project construction period and operation period, calculates the comprehensive energy consumption. (3) puts forward the project resource utilization plan and eight building energy conservation strategies for the project case. (4) offers a set of supporting measures and also evaluation of the project resource utilization plan.Lastly,this thesis brings forward the weak points and also the direction of the following study. |
