Nowadays, energy is an important factor that restrains the quick development of modern industry, and the automobile industry is a main consumer of energy consumption. Air conditioning is an important component of automobile, thus, it is an important aspect of promoting automobiles’energy conservation and emission reduction to have a research on the energy conservation and environment protection, which has a strategic significance for the development of fuel-efficient vehicles. This paper focuses on the design and research of air conditioning control system that is related to the effect and precision of air conditioning by recycling the waste heat of automobile and the air conditioning control system and realizes the goal of the efficient control of air conditioning by recycling the engine’s waste heat. Therefore, it can solve the problem of temperature control that automobile’s air conditioning by recycling the waste heat faces when it is promoted. Ultimately, it can provide effective technical support in the aspect of promoting energy conservation and emission reduction of automobile’s air conditioning in our country.The research content of this paper mainly concludes the three points that are listed as follows:1.The design of air conditioning system by recycling the waste heat of automobile.In terms of the particularity of automobiles’ air conditioning that the energy of air conditioning refrigeration comes from waste heat of automobile, flue gas heat exchanger and water heat exchanger, as well as the regenerator that is used for the storage of heat and cold liquid are designed in this paper based on the situation of the emission of automobiles’ waste heat. Then whole air conditioning system is built which concludes the process that from the heat collection to the output of the refrigeration, and its working principle is elaborated in detail by using the lithium bromide refrigeration units.2.The temperature acquisition and design scheme of air-conditioning control system.Firstly, the model of touch control of the air conditioning system is put forward in this paper according to the car compartment temperature. Secondly, controller receives the temperature information which is both from the temperature acquisition module and users have set. Thirdly, with fuzzy control algorithm, the water pump and fan speed of air conditioning system is controlled by using PLC programmable controller. Finally, the compartment temperature is regulated.3. The application and analysis of the air conditioning control system by using fuzzy control algorithm.Through the contrastive analysis of the effect of simulation system of the vehicle’s interior ambient temperature, the reliability and practicability of the air conditioning control system with the feature of recycling the waste heat are verified by using the fuzzy control algorithm and application effect of the air conditioning control system in the aspect of software and hardware platforms.Focusing on the above three key points, this paper has a detailed analysis that how to realize the goal of controlling the car compartment temperature by using the air conditioning system by recycling the engine’s waste heat.
