In recent years, with the fast development of transportation, competition is increasing in the industry, vehicle overrunning transportation phenomenon arises seriously. National, provincial and municipal departments at all levels introduce of various policies and regulations to govern the overrun behavior. Overrun detection equipment is a kind of testing device whether highway transportation vehicle overrun, so that realize scientific overrun control.Overrun transportation includes axle load, the total mass excess of the approved load and the vehicle loading widthã€heightã€length beyond a certain limit. Prior to this, vehicle testing equipment have developed, but size detection are vacant. This design researches width and height detection system which bases on laser test, and integration with the current vehicle weight detection to form a more perfect gauge testing equipment. The program for host computer is developed with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 language, background database adopt Microsoft SQL Server 2005, joined the object-oriented programming design ideas to improve software stability, and using wavelet transformation theory filter out the laser sensor data sent back to the noise and interference to improve the measurement accuracy. The system can realize the vehicle license plate recognition, shaft type identification, weight detection, width and height detection, sound and light alarm, data query, the overrun judgment, the outdoor LED screen display multiple functions.This paper studies mainly contents and innovations as follow:First of all, the paper discusses the overrun of the harm and the punishment, details the related research in the field situation;Second, this paper detailedly introduces the component, the principle, standards, installation from the view of the weight detection and width and height detection;Third, this paper introduces the host computer programming principle, analyzes the system program flow chart. In the process, join the object-oriented design.Two systems data is fused with winsock technology communication;Fourth, this paper describes the database design idea and structure, analyses logical structure of the system. The two systems adopt separate database to storage. The system takes advantage of stored procedure to save data and extract. Two parts of the corresponding data associate in the inner join way; For weight detection system, the part join the object-oriented program design idea, which greatly improving the system reliability and stability;Fifth,this paper analyzes the field test data to verify that the system is stable, and achieve the intended function and enhance the efficiency of management; Using wavelet transform in a width and height data processing in MATLAB environment;Finally, this paper summarizes the work done and gives future development space. |
