The Existing Problems And Solutions Of The Pile Foundation Measurement

Measurement of pile foundation is an important part of the general construction engineering foundation construction, the quality of pile foundation measurement is crucial to the construction quality detection.This paper revolves around pile foundation measurement problems that exist in the actual operation, then elaborated from two aspects, one is the point coordinate measuring aspects of pile foundation, the other is the pile foundation of mechanical measurement.Through the practical work, this paper puts forward some current domestic concrete problems in pile foundation engineering measurements, and makes the reasonable improvement countermeasures for these problems.The main results are obtained in this study: firstly, integration of point coordinates measurement and mechanical measuring of the pile foundation measurement problems relatively systematically, mainly includes the following aspects: 1, measuring system, equipment and the measure team’s problems, mainly for a line of small and medium-sized construction unit of construction problems, although these construction units relative to the relatively small size, but they construction in our country most of the pile foundation engineering measurement; 2, pile foundation technical problems related to point coordinates measurement and mechanical measuring.Point coordinates measuring aspects of pile foundation mainly discusses the issues of pile foundation design blueprint, control points to collect and check, setting the pile axis, check and rectify problems, as-built survey and mapping problems;the aspects of pile foundation mechanics measurement mainly discussed the measurement technology is unreasonable, the measurement is not accurate, technical problems in the process of static load test, such as pile head, connecting muscle, blackouts problems.Secondly, corresponding countermeasures to some of the problems in terms of pile foundation and mechanical measuring point measurement, including: 1, the proposal to develop or improve the detailed rules of current pile foundation measurement, instruments and equipment configuration management and measurement technology and ability training, etc., carried on the elaboration to national norms, standards, and technology gap between small and medium-sized construction units, blind spot; 2, corresponding countermeasures to some of the specific issues of pile foundation engineering measurement point coordinates and mechanical measurement, and to illustrate by the measurement of the Shandong Dongying Da Tang power plant construction process. Point coordinate measuring involves writing pile layout drawing and specification, positions main axis and the bearing platform of pile foundation, rectifying the content in the process of pile foundation construction, mechanical measurement mentioned benchmark beam quality control and pile installation and standards, pile foundation inspection and processing method, etc.Thirdly, discusses the interaction effect between the measurement and mechanical measuring point measurement of pile foundation.It can undertake process transformation when the pile point and pile foundation bearing capacity are all meet the specifications and design requirements;Point deviation and depth bias has a certain influence on the pile bearing capacity, it can be taken to expand or increase the pile diameter, pile into the depth of the rock and other ways to solve bearing capacity is insufficient;The bearing capacity of pile foundation design requirements determines the point coordinate and depth of the pile foundation pile and pile diameter pile type, the mutual influence and restriction, directly determines the quality of the foundation engineering.
