Boiler plays a crucial role in kinetic energy output device and materials transmission equipment both in China and abroad today. It has been widely applied in social each profession and all aspects of our life.Especially in the long time of process of the transport of oil and gas, we need to use boiler for heating in the middle stages because the transmission will be illiquid under the condition of low temperature. So it is important to have a good boiler control system. However, boiler exhibits hysteresis and retardance characteristics. Therefore, how to perfect its control performance, improve its safety and reduce the accident rates become the emergency problems that need to be solved.As it was known by public that PLC is the best solution of automation in control field for it possesses high reliability and user-friendly. As the developing of computer technology, PLC has a significantly improve performance no matter on data processing function or logic operation function which made it possible for inserts complex control algorithm into PLC.The essay completed the control system of engineering design is aimed at study the design of Chu Zhou boiler control system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC controller and set against the backdrop of petroleum transportation.At first, the paper illustrates domestic and foreign research situation of the furnace and gives a conclusion of presence question. It is easy to find that boiler control system, especially water boiler, regulate the temperature of materials can be through control the temperature of water and there are always some parts of temperature control scheme can be improved. At the same time, when to use the burner switch is also another important factor to determine the control scheme. What’s more, select the burner control cycle is particularly important. In order to solve these problems, we discuss the solution in the part of control scheme of this paper.Secondly, according to boiler control systems requirements, we introduce burner principle and boiler characters in detail. Combining PID algorithm and PWM control mode realize the demand of control and it can be find that the equipment running smoothly and the results are satisfactory.Finally, each control modulus of PLC is compiled according to the control requirement and the program is stable and safe, friendly and convenient. The paper summarizes the whole boiler control system,elaborates the part that can be improved and prospects the development of boiler control system.
