Hermetically sealed relay is a kind of commonly used low-voltage electrical components, sealing performance is good, as well as the advantage of being able to withstand the high temperature, low temperature, radiation, vibration and other harsh environment. And it is widely used in the fields of aircraft, satellite, rocket, missile and related equipment. Especially the first choice of aerospace relay. With the rapid development of China’s aerospace industry, the new technology and new theory of life assessment and life test are put forward for higher reliability of relay.Sealed relay is always used as aerospace relay in long-term storage, storage reliability and operation reliability are of equal importance. To ensure that every stage of life profile of sealed relay remain active in reserve. Accurate prediction for storage life of relay are of practical significance.The research background and the domestic and foreign development situation of the topic are briefly introduced at the beginning of the paper. The principle and the classification of storage life accelerated test are expounded. Wavelet threshold de-noising is used for processing sealed relay storage degradation parameters. Around this core of sealed relay predicting storage life. This research studies comprehensive environmental stresses influence on sealed relay and focuses on the core of predicting the storage life of hermetically sealed relay and two prediction models on relay storage degradation parameters are established. The first model is storage degradation parameters prediction of sealed relay based on BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm. The second model is storage degradation parameters prediction of sealed relay based on Principal component analysis and RBF neural network. Several kinds of algorithms are introduced respectively, which compares the advantages and disadvantages of every algorithm, then some shortcomings are improved. MATLAB is used to model establishment and simulation. Results are analyzed for the error evaluation of each model, and the storage life of relay under normal temperature is predicted based the degradation model.
