Along with the modern industry development, the application of high voltage power supply is becoming more and more widely. The large inefficient of traditional high voltage power supply has become the important factor of restricting its development. So which can effectively reduce the volume and improve the efficiency has been paid much attention to the high frequency high voltage power supply in recent years. In the high frequency high voltage power supply transformer leakage inductance and distributed capacitance may highly affect the circuit performance and cause great power loss, Hard switching power supply switch in the network also can produce larger switch loss. So we need to use the LCC resonant inverter circuit to use the distribution parameters of the circuit to reach the transformer resonant state, while achieving zero voltage turn-off switching circuit to achieve soft-switch which can effectively reduce the switching losses of the circuit and improve the power efficiency. In this paper, we can get all of the resonant modes by using graph theory to analysis the LCC resonant inverter circuit, through a variety of circuit analysis we can get the working principle of the circuit, and then on the basis of the circuit is a time-domain analysis, The relationship between each resonance of the original can be obtained by creating detailed time domain mathematical model.
