Response to the urgent needs of the servo system performance testing of its load simulation technology,this paper developed servo motor system load simulation test platform based on Duplex hydraulic motors valves controlled.In view of the principle of electro-hydraulic load,paper calculated and selected various hydraulic components,then designed mechanical structure of the test platform. FEM analysis proved the design of platform was reasonable,and supporting increasing in the number of ground feet was proposed to effectively improve the natural frequency of the platform,optimized for the test platform in the specified direction.For the system of excess torque,feedforward compensation model was proposed based on the motor joint angle,effectively reducing the system order,the combination of classic PID control theory to the effectively realize of high-precision servo load simulation,then designed the control. The last part of the test debug achieved port communication and a net-based LabWindows / CVI to test high real-time speed of M law. Experimental analysis shows test platform basically achieved the required load simulation index.
