The Architectural Design Of The Post-bechlor Industrial Base A Case Study Of The Space Design Of The Production,Teaching And Research Base Of Animation In Jiading Campus Of Shanghai University

In 1997, British first put forward the concept “culture creativity”. As pf the 21 st century, the cultural creativity industries are flourishing in every nation. As one of the industries, the animation industry mushrooms in China. Professional animation universities, the biggest output of animation professionals, provide plentiful graduates each year. However, due to the fact that those graduates lack project experience, they are hardly meet the demand of companies. Therefore, it is necessary for them to do practices in university before entering corporations.This paper focuses on the gap between the major setting of animation in university and the demand of animation companies and aims to make an effective use of the idle lands in the old Jiading Campus of Shanghai University, plan the space design of the “Post-Bechlor” Animation Production, Teaching and Reseach Base, create space for the entering companies and animation major students to conduct practices in these companies.Due to the fact that theory lags behind practice, currently there is no correspondent theory to guide the plan and design of the space of animation industry.Besides, theoretical study concerning the plan and design of space of the“Post-Bachelor” Animation Production, Teaching and Research Base is lacking as well, Which leads to blindness and uncertainty of the construction of our animation industry parks in universities. This not only influences the development of these animation industry parks, but also the sound development of the animation major in university.This paper takes the digital school of Shanghai University as the object. The“Post-Bachelor” Animation Production, Teaching and Research Base of Shanghai University is rebuilt on the idle land of the removal of the old plants. The design theme is Klein Bottle, which shows a shift and blending of the internal and the external. This paper mainly consists of three parts.First, the analysis of space of traditional animation school is illustrated and the problems are summarized. Second, through the analysis and the summary of the space of animation industry park, the design concept and method of production,teaching and research base are put forward. Last but not least, through the field analysis of Jiading Campus of Shanghai University and the major setting, the Production, Teaching and Research Base of Animation in Jiading Campus of Shanghai University is built and the space design concept of is summarized.
