With the rapidly growing popularity of power electronic devices to detect performance parameters of power supply equipment is also becoming increasingly important. Conventional power detection device is the power consumed by the energy of discrete devices to detect its performance, this form is not easy to control, and low efficiency. With the development of semiconductor power devices and micro-computer control application technology for digital power supply to test all kinds of technical parameters, intelligent detection, rapid analysis results provide convenience.Based on practical requirements, the use of single-chip micro-controllers study designed a power supply technology parameters fast intelligent detection device, the realization of the power supply constant current, constant voltage, constant power and other test mode, and the power to detect whether the target is to make quick judgment.Power Technical parameters for rapid detection device compared with traditional instrumentation has automated digital control advantages compared to modern electronic load with a small size and high efficiency. Power Technical parameters for rapid detection device consists of an embedded controller circuitry, signal acquisition and isolation circuit,the feedback control circuit, MOSFET power circuit and other components,the use of MCU control MOSFET absorb power test methods for rapid detection of power supply technical parameters.In this paper, starting from the beginning of the power parameter detection technology works, the hardware circuit power detector systems were large research and design of the system software architecture made a detailed analysis and design, and proposed a solution for fast performance parameter index detector power program. Design considerations of cost and functionality, the system selected STC12C5620 AD as a controller designed signalacquisition and isolation circuit, the feedback control circuit, PWM switch D/A circuit,filter circuit, MOSFET power circuit, human-computer interaction circuit, the PID control algorithm to obtain good control effect to complete the design. Device through the micro-controller output PWM, use PWM to achieve D/A regulator MOSFET drain current and measured the voltage across the power supply to achieve constant current, constant voltage, constant power and other test mode, and the power is given standard quick tips.Through testing, the device can achieve 100 W range defaults current, constant voltage,constant power and other test mode, the technical parameters of the power supply device for rapid detection and calibration.
