It is deteriorating that the environmental issue caused by the orthodox automobile. An extended-range automobile has the highlighted advantage of environmental protection. As a result, it has been achieving a dominant position in the new energy vehicle industry, and become the focus of study in every country. By studying the technologies of basic parameters of a certain national brand automobile, the following is a summary of the thesis.Firstly there is an overall structural design based on the technical and configuration parameters of known original vehicle in the front section. And it involves in motor, drive motor, parameter matching and model selection of the storage battery, parameter design of key components and parts like motor and drive motor, design, calculation and calibration of the major mechanical structure drive system such as mechanical torque coupler, planetary structure, transmission shaft and hydraumatic clutch. Make 2 and dimension 3 dimension parts and assembly drawing lay a solid foundation for fabrication and test afterwardSecondly as per the structure principle, it analyses particularly the motor patterns of drive system of extended range electromobile, studies the torque and rotate speed of motor and drive motor in all patterns qualitatively, and makes drawing of the direction of power flow. In accordance with switchover of three drive modes, the conditions of switchover within operating modes are determined. Thus, the following control police is provided basis.Thirdly the simulation model is built for the finished automobile in the environment of Matlab/Simulink, establishing the drive motor and electrical machine with data from the test, and simulating power drive system and control police according to the operating mode.Fourthly the entity was completed during the internship and was revised slightly because of the limited experiment. The completed transmission model was conducted a bench test in the transmission lab of South China University of Technology, collecting data in different rotate speeds and torques and comparing with the simulation data. |
