Tilting pad bearings have friction due to low power consumption, more stable operation, with automatic regulation, is widely used in high-speed, heavy-duty work environment. The rapid development of science and technology in the industry today, large rotor system vibration and noise reduction has become the industry trends, so the traditional lack of tilting pad bearings dynamic properties make it difficult to meet the vibration and noise reduction now on industrial demand. This paper studies a fluid bearing tilting pad bearings, bearing the traditional tilting pad bearings improved mechanical fulcrum for flexible use of fluid to support Bush, to further improve the fluid tilting pad bearings overall performance, and will have a favorable impact on the operating conditions of the rotating shaft.First, tilting pad journal bearing fluid overall performance is analyzed theoretically.
