With the rapid development of urban construction, as one of the most effective way to reduce the pressure on urban traffic, the construction of subway tunnel is in full swing in cities all over the country. However it has given rise to some new problems besides the good conveniences of the convenience for citizens and the ease of the city traffic, namely the interaction influence of stability between metro tunnel and the structural engineering upper. According to the basic steps of city construction, the effect of new subway tunnel on the stability of the upper structures is common, because the metro tunnels can be constructed in large and medium-sized cities when the upper structure construction were relatively perfect, and so there is a plenty of the related research and literature of the construction of metro on upper structures but very few publications on the influence of bored piles on existing tunnel.In the present paper, it is aimed to further the understanding of the influence of pile group on existing tunnels based on an interchange bridge construction project. The influence to tunnel from pile foundation is compared with the whole life-cycle of pile foundation and the better crossing scheme is selected. Main works of this paper was divided into 5 parts as follows:(1) The basic line and geographical location of metro line 2.(2) The statement of the geographical location, structure and across scheme of the interchange.(3) The explanation of pile foundation load effect, the tunnel deformation theory, the vertical load transfer mechanism of single pile and the efficiency of pile groups, the tunnel convergence and the longitudinal deformation mechanism was also explained in this paper.(4) The statement of Model size, unit formation, parameters of layers, construction process of simulation modeling process and the selection of pile construction sequence by MIDAS.(5) The numerical simulation of the two crossing schemes(both in construction stage and operational stage), and the better crossing schemes was selected based on the results...
