Being affected by the outside serious environment and car accessories pollution, the air quality in the car become serious and directly endanger people’s health. However, the product quality of the Car Air Cleaner in the market is uneven, and most of them can’t bring an intuitive visual experience for the effect. Supposed that the product can has enough ability for the air pollutants removal, how to provide better interactive experience for users, and ensure both energy-saving and low noise design in the algorithm and software level, have become a crucial problem that should be researched.The paper has a deep research on the key technologies of the Control and Management System for Car Air Cleaner, include reliable transmission、optimal control and network safety and then proposes the corresponding detailed solutions or core algorithm, which finally would be implemented as a verification on the whole system consists of Car Air Cleaner、mobile phone terminal and cloud server system. The contributions of this paper are summarized as follows:To implement the reliable communication between Car Air Cleaner and phone terminal, the paper proposed the three layer protocol design mechanism. In the application layer, transfer the big packet to little serialized packet In the middle layer, implement the timeout retransmission and multi level cache mechanism to ensure the reliability and efficiency of data transmission. In the bottom layer, implement the virtual UART service base on BLE4.0 for data transceiver.Due to a rather plain computing ability for Car Air Cleaner, it is hard to implement complex optimization algorithm operation. The paper proposes a computing architecture consist of Car Air Cleaner and phone terminal. The former is responsible for collecting the air pollutants data and execute the decision, while the latter for optimal control. To maximize user’s benefits and energy utilization rate, an PID control system based on multi-objective optimization model between pollutant decay rate 、 power and noise, is proposed, which can obtain dynamic regulation of the clean air amountAs for the cloud data management for Car Air Cleaner, the paper investigate the network security of data transmission, particularly for the middle man attack and rainbow crack. One way SSL safety certification based on Https and authentication technology based on the hash algorithm with salt, is proposed, to ensure the user information and authentication safety.Finally, simulation results confirm that the proposed method in this paper, can guaranty the safety management and optimal control for Car Air Cleaner. It has a important practical value for enhancing user experience.
