Automatic clutch technology is an important direction of in the field of current vehicle power transmission system research, aiming at the problems of passenger vehicle automatic clutch starting impact and wear ponderance, the research on the fuzzy PID control strategy of starting is put forward. At first, this paper introduces the research status at home and abroad automatic clutch. Then, based on the passenger vehicle automatic clutch performance of real vehicle test, found that the control strategy is easy to cause clutch abrasion and impact problems. On the basis of real vehicle test, from the automatic clutch control theory, discusses the automatic clutch engagement of clutch wear, the impact of the generated reasons and influence factors, to reduce passenger vehicle automatic clutch starting impact for the purpose of the proposed automatic clutch fuzzy PID starting control strategy, and so that the passenger vehicle automatic clutch control system is designed. In the end, the Matlab/Simulink simulation software is used to establish the automatic clutch fuzzy PID starting control simulation model, and the simulation and analysis of the automatic clutch control of the passenger vehicle are carried out. |
