To a horizontal angle measuring mechanism as the core of the secondary platform is ground test,navigation and other ground physical simulation experiment’s key component.It constitutes the core of the rendezvous and docking simulation experiments together with 6 DOF flotation track and 6 DOF flotation riser.Because of movation of load on platform,height change of air feet’s air film, the ground unevenness,horizontal angle of platform will change in real time. So how to describe its motion,the kinematics equation and dynamic equation in numerous interference conditions is the core issue of this paper.At the same time,because subject index needs higher precision of platform’s horizontal inclination,how to measure the real-time level inclination of secondary platform is also a key issue in this topic. In this paper, the secondary platform’s linear CCD leveling measurement system is studied.According to the working principle of linear CCD level measurement system,we elaborate the factors by the linear CCD, motor and other core components in the system might bring the error and analyze their impacts.By using fliters or making speed decoupling, designing methods to inhibit corresponding error from theory to practice.According linear CCD’s original data, common methods for filtering and obtaining imaging center coordinates were compared, summarized and improved. we determined the final data processing method and correcte the results by Kalman filtering. Finally,according to the desired topic index and comprehensive analysis before, the hardware configuration based on linear CCD level measurement system is selected.Then linear CCD, motors, lasers, filters, communication modules and other components were installed. Finally,we designed real-time data acquisition system using C ++ Builder and designed the platform level inclination interactive control interface.This paper analyzes and technical studies the second platform leveling measurement system based on linear CCD,states that the system may generate various errors in the work,designs the appropriate method for inhibiting, determines the overall hardware architecture of the system, chooses suitable laser and CCD, aims at designs and determines filtering and target coordinates algorithm of system, tests and achieve real-time inclination measurements. Finally, we design real-time data acquisition anddesign interactive platform for horizontal tilt control interface by C ++ Builder.
