| With the developing of the human exploration of space and performance of spacecraft are put forward higher requirements. The reduction of harmonic gear reducer as key transmission parts and components, whose performance for the entire spacecraft has a huge impact. In view of the important application status of harmonic gear reducer, we design a multiple series of harmonic gear reducer preloaded assembly test platform which not only meet the actual needs of production tasks, but also for popularization and application of harmonic gear reducer has important practical significance.After full understanding the actual functional requirements of the preloaded assembly of harmonic reducer test platform, we collect the domestic and foreign existing harmonic deceleration test technology and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of current test equipment. On the basis of the above combining with some project requirements, such as assembled test complex functions, multi-parameter measurement, high precision, automation, we put forward the overall design of the test system. For each of the measured parameters, we adopted a corresponding test method after discussing its test principle.The device is composed of electric control system and test workbench, electric control system including PC104 control unit, sensors and signal conditioning circuit, signal acquisition and control board, motor control card, serial communication module, servo motor and controller. According to the function, test bench is divided preloaded assembly test area, starting torque test area, frictional moment test area, shaft stiffness test area. In the each test area, we designed the test stand and other mechanical structures and purchased the required sensors devices. Finally the building of the hardware platform was completed.The software of testing system is adopted Lab VIEW and used state machine program idea. We designed the testing software under the framework of the main program module, which easy to maintenance and to use program for users. The testing software can accomplish the function control and real-time status detection of each hardware module, and realize the testing data acquisition, processing and storage.Finally, we debugged the preload assembly of harmonic reducer test platform and analyzed the experiment results. Preload assembly test precision reaches 1um, the test accuracy of starting torque and friction resistance is better than 0.05 Nm, angle measurement accuracy in shaft stiffness test is better than 3 second of arc and synthesis accuracy is 0.23%. The system is running well and stable performance. |
