Phototherapy is a noninvasive physica therapy method with no side effects. Different wavelength of light is used to irradiate tissue, which leads cytochrome group,mitochondria such as molecules react a series of biological effects. Those biological effects promote wound healing, eliminating inflammation, reliving muscle fatigue and promoting tissuse repaired. Therefore the phototherapy is widely used for disease treatment in dermatology and rehabilitation department.The mode of phototherapy products on the market are most continuous constant, part of them has pluse treatment mode. However, the tissue which is irradiated by the same mode may case adaptability, which will attenuate therapeutic effect. To solve this problem, this paper will design a new time-varying phototherapy system, which has various models such as sine wave, triangular wave, impulse wave, sawtooth wave.Firstly, this paper improves the early phototherapy system from instrument structure and parts of electric structure. The instrument whose output density is continuous and constant, which has some deficiencies in a practical application, is develop by our laboratory members in the early stages. According to the ergonomics knowledge, the appearance structure of instrument is designed by Solidworks 2014, when all parts were finished we take a simulation of installation before manufacture. The treament probe is calculateed and designed by thermodynamic principles, which make sure that the treatment probes of phototherapy keep stablility and reliablility during long-running hours. Redundant functions of control circuit are deleted, the control circuit is redesigned, and the lines of internal instrument are scientific wired. In order to keep the safety and stability, the connection of the probe is changed. When the modified instrument is finished, it is delivered to the medical equipment quality inspection center of Chongqing, where detect the electrical safety parameters and function parameters of instrument on the basis of national standard. After detection, the phototherapy system is awarded qualification report, which is numbered ZC140278.On the basis of market surveys and literature reading, this paper proposes a new phototheraphy system, which has time-varying output light intensity. After completed the hardware and software design, this paper also carries out module testing and system testing of the new system. The testing results indicate that the new designed photothsraphy system accords with the design requirements.Inder to verify the effect of relieving muscle fatigue between the diffrernt models, this paper performs a fatigue experiment, in this experiment we collecting the output force of the finger and the surface electromyogram signal of the subjects, then analyzes those signals. The results show that the phototheraphy can alleviating the fatigue of muscle tissue. We get some results through the experiment, but there also has some deficiencies, aimed at the insufficients this paper provides optimization proposal, which laies a foundation for further improvement of phototheraphy system and further study of the different effect between various models.
