Along with our country urbanization process is accelerated, the ordinary public transportation can?t satisfy people?s travel demand.Urban rail transit as a new public transportation is developed rapidly because of its fast and large carrying capacity.And straddle monorail, which has characterastics of less land occupation and strong gradeability and lower noise, is very suitable for building in this kind of complex terrain, has the characteristics of mountain in Chongqing. At present, Chongqing has already built two lines of straddle monorail. Air foundation brake rigging plays a pivotal role during monorail train?s braking process. The rig?s performance has relation with train?s run-safety, so it has crucial function to do some detection and test regularly.Accordding to braking pricinple of foundation braking system, this paper combines with analysis of common braking system fault, and gives a clear and definite goals about test platform?s function. Based on the existing platform, this paper developed a new device and formulated a new test process. Test-platform includes installaed platform and control cabinet, the former is used for installing hydrau-pneumatic converter and the brake clamp, and the latter is used for installing pneumatic systems, industrial computer and control system, and display screen, printer, etc. Firstly, the key components? structure of installed platform is designed and optimized, in order to achieve the purpose of easy installation, stable and reliable.Pneumatic system is the core of this test platform. First this paper puts forward two different schemes include 8 branch pressure regulating and proportional valve pressure regulating system, and finally choose proportional control system because of its higher control precision and conciser structure. The pneumatic system has been carried on the detailed analysis and calculation of parameters, like gas consumption?s calculation and proportional valve?s flow characteristic analysis and gasholder?s air inflation characteristic analysis. Using proportional valve as a pressure regulating valve, designed the precision pressure control pneumatic system. Putting forward pressure ratio control strategy based on the PID and fuzzy PID theory, and building a joint simulation system by using fluid simulation software AMESim and digital simulation software Simulink, the best control strategy is concluded. Finally, according to the selected pneumatic components, checking and analysing pneumatic pipe.Electric control system is a human-computer interaction control system by using PLC control center as lower computer and OPC client based on VB as upper computer. PLC takes responsibility of the whole test platform?s logic control, and implements real-time measurement and control system, which using PLC as master station,data display instrument and sensor and client as sub-station, to ensure the real-time test bench test data.
