Traditional three servo system design mainly depends on experience, the discovery of defects and mistakes need trials and errors, which increased the development cycle and cost. The application of digital virtual prototype technology made the servo system design patterns changed dramatically. Use servo system of three framework optical imaging seeker as the research object. Establish three axis servo system mechanical structure, control circuit, digital prototype and related error model, forming a set of generic, adjustable parameters and modular servo system virtual prototype, complete servo electrical and mechanical joint simulation and analysis of system dynamic simulation and virtual prototype. The main research content of this paper on the subject including:1. Based on the virtual prototype model of servo system, introduces the basic working principle of servo system and it’s mechanical system structure. Based on the specific design requirements, introduce the design and selection problem of the base, frame, bearing, torque motor, etc.. Analysis of the pros and cons of three-axis servo system, parametric process of virtual prototype in detail, finally by using Angle step response and Angle impulse response test the selection of system parameters met the design requirements or not.2. Doing some servo controller modeling study, establish the servo system’s each device’s parametric model, establish controller circuit model, finally, get the closed-loop servo system control circuit, which control parameters adjustable and it conform to the requirements of the system’s dynamic characteristics and stability.3. Analysis simplifying the physical model of rate gyro and parameterize the model; Establish analyze and simplify the rotating transformer integral error model, then complete its parametric modeling. By comprehensive considering, establish sinusoidal disturbance signals to simulate the velocity disturbance.4. Use the preset loop, the stabilizing loop, and the tracking loop to judge the rationality of the design parameters of the three-axis servo system. Verification and the feasibility of the optimal design parameters are verified through the simulation and analysis. The simulation and analysis software of the servo system is introduced.
