Glycated hemoglobin analyzer is one of the commonly used blood glucose testing equipment in the hospital, when the concentration of glucose in the blood keep a high level,the glycated hemoglobin levels in the body also will be relatively high. Because the life of red blood cells in the human body is generally 120 days, the blood glycated hemoglobin levels will remain relatively unchanged until the red blood cells die, and the blood test results is nothing to the sampling time, whether the patient is fasting, whether the patient use insulin,and so on. It is judged as a gold index of diabetes’ s long-term controlling. but the commonly used blood glucose testing do not possess these characteristics.Glycated hemoglobin analyzer is a specific application about liquid chromatography technology,It has the characteristics of high detection precision, wide response range, good stability and so on. This paper describes the development history of liquid chromatography techniques, analyzes the current research situation of glycosylated hemoglobin instrument,points out the main problems that it exist currently. I propose specific technical indicators from the performance index of various analyzer, in order to design the debug tooling of detection unit. This unit is glycated hemoglobin tooling development and production test equipment essential to the process. This tooling is indispensable test equipment in glycated hemoglobin analyzer’s development and production process, and its performance has a direct bearing on the entire system in reliability and accuracy.The tooling includes the oven components, amplifier components and LED components.The processor selected three chip of C8051F340 which produced by Silicon Labs;thermostatically controlled used heater and18B20 to actualize; and used LOG114 to get the log between the voltage signal of reference solution and the voltage of sample liquid, and the result send to AD7663 for A / D conversion. This design method effectively reduce light intensity changing by the light source difference; light source devices use the common LED,which save the system production’s cost but ensure the accurate results; finally, with designing and analyzing tooling’s critical circuit., results proved that the indicators basically met requirements which the topic proposed.
