| The fanwing parameters are key factors that effected the aerodynamic performance of fanwing. Research of the interaction effects and main effects to the aerodynamic performance of fanwing will promote the capability of fanwing design, also it will guide the parameters optimization.In this paper, fanwing is the object for research.Computational fluid dynamic and optimization technology are used for parameters and the shape of fanwing airfoil optimization.Firstly, establish a analysis method on aerodynamic performance based on CFD and DOE. The interaction effects and main effects to the aerodynamic performance of fanwing are analyzed base on DOE and optimization algorithm.Secondly, the approximate is built based on CFD simulation,and global optimization algorithm and the approximate are used for parameters optimization instead of CFD simulation models.The result shows that this method can be applied to fanwing parameters optimization.At last,this paper propose a method that can parameterize fanwing mesh base on mesh morphing technique.Base on that,a method for aerodynamic performance optimization of fanwing airfoil using global optimization algorithm and gradient optimization algorithm is proposed.It is proved that this optimization method can be applied to optimize fanwing airfoil.This research analyze the parameters of fanwing,also propose optimization methods for fanwing parameters and the shape of airfoil.This paper provides a new way to improve the aerodynamic performance of fanwing. |
