With the rapid development in science and technology, manufacturing production put forward the more strict requirements in the acquirement of the information about spare parts space geometry, the traditional three coordinate measuring the machine cannot have satisfied with flow type online measure in the Industrial field. According to the above requirements, this article start from the study of binocular stereo vision measurement model, design a measuring light pen with simple structure, and achieve the measurement of binocular stereo vision measurement based on mobile light pen. The Experimental results show that the method to build the measurement system has simple structure, and it can accurately obtaining 3d coordinate measuring point, which has the important value of engineering application.This article main work includes:(1) A circular identification point has been designed. Firstly, an experiment about image contour extraction is carried out to identify point, the result of the experiment is carried on the quantitative analysis, the optimal extraction canny operator is selected; Through the identification point center coordinates calculating comparison and analysis of experimental data, determine the ellipse center square weighted qualitative method to calculation.(2) A straight bar measurement light pen with simple structure, circular identification point and has the measurement function has been designed. Aim at measurement light pen nib location problem, the concept of basic invariants of cross ratio in photography has been brought in, a new method has been raised up which using cross ratio invariability fast method to calculate light pen point coordinates.(3) Explore a model of binocular stereo vision measurement space point 3d coordinate measurement, and write a set of calibration system by using of Opencv, Obtain the calibration parameters and then has effectiveness experiment validation for the above method of calculating the light pen nib through experiment.
