Green Energy Solar and new energy-saving LED lighting products are working in the DC Environment,and it is very suitable to combine the two to use.Therefore, in recent years, countries around the world are seeking to research and development of solar LED lighting products, there has been a revolution in green technology.Solar LED lighting system can be predicted in the future learning, work and life are very important.However, the solar LED lighting industry in the application also reflects some of the problems to be solved:PV controller and LED drive power module design is often carried out separately,the lower the overall efficiency,integration and reliability is not high.To solve this problem, we propose a new solar LED lighting system design, to improve the conversion efficiency of the whole system integration and circuit.The main circuit uses to Buck-Boost topology type-based two-way synchronous rectification DC-DC converter:When the DC-DC converter is running forward, charging loop using Buck topology, the introduction of a solar cell MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) function, So that the solar cell output power is always the largest.This can reduce the solar cell configuration of power, reduce system operating costs, increase system cost;When the DC-DC converter reverse operation, the discharge loop using Boost topology to achieve constant output LED lights, and with PWM dimming function.Bi-directional DC-DC-DC converter can play a set of battery charge and discharge as one of the role, which greatly reduces the size and weight of the system, effectively improve the integration and reliability of the system.In this paper, in accordance with the relevant capacity configurations designed based digital control bidirectional DC-DC solar LED lighting systems, high performance, low power consumption, driving ability as the main chip microcontroller PIC16F887, presents a bi-DC- DC circuit, the maximum power point tracking and LED drivers, complete hardware and software design of the system, and the system was developed in-kind.Finally, through the MPPT control and main circuit bidirectional DC-DC were MATLAB software simulation is consistent with experimental results, the system is reliable and feasible.
