| The renewable energy refers to wind, solar, hydro, biomass, geothermal energy, ocean energy and vibration energy, the appropriate use of these energy are renewable energy generation. The vibration generator can convert the vibration energy into the electrical energy by means of springs, magnetic springs and other magnetic pick-up devices. The vibration generator is green and can provide power sustainably. The study of the conversion provides a new way to solve the energy crisis. The research on the model construction and optimization of the characters can enrich the theory of linear motor and also provide a reference for the study of the vibration generator. So vibration generation technology has good prospects for development, which will bring far-reaching implications and significances.In this paper, the author analysis the permanent magnet generator theoretical based on the Faraday’s Law of electromagnetic induction, electromagnetic force and induced voltage. In cylindrical coordinates, the generator model is presented and the factors affecting the generator output characteristics are determined.The distribution of magnetic field, electromagnetic force, the induced electromotive force and other parameters of the single vibrator permanent magnet generator, E type yoke permanent magnet generator and claw pole permanent magnet generator are analyzed according to electromagnetic finite element theory. Taking into account the diversity and randomness of engineering vibration environments, permanent magnet generator output characteristics are researched at different displacement excitation and sinusoidal excitation conditions.By theoretical analysis, the experimental prototype is fabricated and the influence of the output characteristics are tested. At the same time, the induced electromotive force is tested under the different displacement excitation and sinusoidal excitation conditions. The follow-up power processing circuitry is fabricated and tested about load characteristic of vibrator permanent magnet generator.Theoretical analysis and experimental study prove that the EMF is related to the shape of the permanent magnets. Maximum utilization of the regular cylindrical permanent magnet body is 1.91?105V/m3, and the irregular trapezoidal permanent magnet is 1.59?104V/m3.At the same time, the EMF is related to the amplitude and frequency of vibration source. In addition, the subsequent design of the power processing circuitry is also very important. This design of the storage voltage regulator circuit can achieve 5VDC output, basically meet the requirements. |
