In the power systems, substations model follows IEC61850 standard, while control center model follow IEC61970 standard. The differences between the two standards, resulting in not only a heavy workload modeling in dispatch center, but also poor real-time and high error rate maintenance, which is unable to meet the needs of a variety of distributed applications of the smart grid.In order to enhance maintainability of substation model, this thesis presents a new whole-information model of the substation and control center, and based on this information model this thesis also presents a chart-module integration collaborative modeling scheme. The new model contains the information of SCL model and the CIM model, so that the SCD file and CIM/E files can be generated through information extraction and formatting changes. To achieve chart-module integration of substation configuration vectors, the grapics files and the model information should be combined. In order to verify the feasibility of the whole information model and chart-module integration collaborative modeling scheme, the software has been developed based on Qt. The implementation of software function has given a good verification of the modeling scheme. |
