The Research On County’s Urban And Rural Spatial Transformation Mode And Planning Strategy Of Shanbei Area

Urban, rural and hinterlands constitute the basic space, carrying the production, life and ecology, which is the carrier of related activities. Under the background of new urbanization, urban-rural integration and economic new normal, rural and urban space sprawl disorderly and environmental pressures increases. Urban and rural space require to be intensive, efficient, ecological and systematic. The elements need combine and optimize more freely to achieve the transformation of urban and rural space.The new urbanization which take urban-rural integration, Intensive and efficient, beautiful environment, sustainable development as the characteristics become the consensus. The central and western regions will become the dominant of new urbanization in the future. Shanbei area will face more opportunities and challenges because of its typicality and specificity. Under the background of national macro development strategies and regional development aspirations, County’s Space transformation has become an important issue.Based on the analysis of the background of transformation of urban and rural space currently, this research sort out and analyze related theory and current domestic and foreign research about urban and rural space, define the trends of urban-rural spatial transformation. On the basis of the current situation in Northern, The research take Fu County as an Example which has Typicalities to interpret and evaluate urban and rural spatial development and analyze the issues about economic, society, urban and rural systems, ecology and culture. Then this paper analyze the value demands and urgent needs of transformation of urban and rural spatial, and clarity factors in terms of natural conditions, industrial restructuring, population mobility, transportation construction, policies and systems, and explore the the mechanism of Internal power, outer thrust and Regulatory power. Finally, this research build the Urban and Rural Spatial Transformation mode of Fu County and Put forward the corresponding strategy to achieve it.
