Soft real-time(SRT) hybrid simulation is one of the Substructure hybrid simulation testing methods,which combining finite element numerical simulation and laboratory physical test, can more truly simulate real-time effect of specimens subjected to earthquake.This article had carried on the systematic study based on the MTS electro-hydraulic servo loading system application technology of SRT hybrid simulation test method.The main contents are as follows:(1)On the basic principle of SRT hybrid simulation test method and test sysem were described in detail,and established SRT hybrid simulation test sysem,including MTS electro-hydraulic servo loading system,finite element simulation system and their coordination system.(2)Establishing the Space SRT hybrid simulation test model with a single span space steel frame as the prototype,and expounding some key technologies in detail,such as selection of test substructure,defined in the OpenFresco and how to realize the test control and so on.(3)Putting forward the method of how the experimental substructure design to satisfy the boundary conditions based on the space SRT hybrid simulation test model.(4)Carried out the space steel frame SRT hybrid simulation test and verified the effectiveness of the proposed method through the contrastive analysis of the test data and simulated data.(5)Through the contrast analysis of the command displacement and feedback displacement in the experimental data verified the accuracy and reliability of the SRT hybrid simulation test method.The research results provided important reference data for the research and application of structure seismic test method. |
