Social Development ’s growing dependence on the energy request, the energy of which construction occupied by 30 percent of the total use of resources, the problem of building energy efficiency and green building has been constantly raised in recent years. Under the premise of building energy efficiency, but also to ensure the comfort of the body to meet the design requirements. At present, many student dormitories are not equipped with the air conditioning in summer, students intolerable heat, affect students’ daily lives. In this paper, study the Capillary Radiant Air Conditioning system, and selected four representative cities-Xi’an, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shanghai, to discusses the each parameter value of the Capillary Radiant Air Conditioning system as the indoor airconditioning system in that four cities. And by MATLAB software programming, accounting of refrigeration and heating capacity of the system, the results show that the Capillary Radiant Air Conditioning system, of capillary radiation heat exchange by radiation heat transfer and interior, do not rely on direct contact with the object of conduct heat transfer, but as the sun through the space radiation to the ground, like: emitter its internal energy is converted to radiation emitted. Therefore, heat capacity is much higher than other heat transfer equipments, system’s efficiency is very high.Secondly, against the problem of dew of the capillary Radiant Air Conditioning system, need to dehumidify the indoor air, this paper compares the independent air system and indoor dehumidifier two programs, bring the program that use the interior ceiling dehumidifier to handle the indoor air to prevent dew. This dehumidify system is in full play to the short duration, easy installation, and easy to use in the old building renovation. If we couple the ceiling dehumidifier and the Capillary Radiant Air Conditioning system, when the indoor humidity detection probe find that the humidity indoor is too high and easy to dew, the ceiling dehumidifier will be turned on automatic, this coupling will enhance the intelligent of the system.Given the characteristics of China’s vast territory, select the graduate dormitory of Xi’an University of Architecture and technology as an example to simulate. Use the ANASYS, model and mesh the students’ dormitories, input the Capillary Radiant Air Conditioning system in the software, simulate the actual operation of the system, to get the indoor temperature contours of different heights. The results shows that the temperature is self in radiant panels of the Capillary Radiant Air Conditioning system, indoor temperature is stability and can well satisfy the needs of human comfort. However, because the system currently relies on foreign technology to produce, so it costs higher. If this system can made in China, it will have a good future.
