The problems of the college classroom environment in winter are becoming more prominent, especially the thermal comfort, which directly affect the learning efficiency of college students, and also determine the energy consumption level of the classroom.Therefore, considering the energy saving of the classroom, and the indoor thermal comfort becomes the main problem of the Thermal comfort in the winter university classroom.This paper mainly aims at the research of the thermal comfort system in the indoor environment of the university classroom in Xi’an, and adopts the method of PMV(Predicted Mean Vote). Through the field collected evaluation of indoor thermal environment comfortable degree of two very important thermal environment Factors(air temperature and relative humidity), combined with the subjective questionnaire to understand students on the thermal environment Sensitivity and clothing, and ultimately determine students’ acceptable comfort temperature range.In order to solve the problem of contradiction between building energy consumption and thermal comfort, the framework of intelligent control system in university classroom is given by multi-agent control. According to the actual data of university classroom, the thermal environment model of the classroom is built by Trnsys transient simulation software, and the multi-agent system model of university classroom is established, which provides the platform for the following control model.Based on actual data of acceptable thermal comfort range control index for the limited conditions, combined with the inside and outside of the classroom to field measurements obtained using fuzzy PID control method to establish the thermalcomfort, indoor air quality control model. The experimental results show that the intelligent control system can be well applied to the thermal comfort control of university classroom through Trnsys and Matlab..
