| Riverside park plant landscape has the functions of ecological protection, environmental control, scientific research, environmental education and sightseeing activities. The research of riverside park plant landscape designing is not only beneficial to the long-term development of the urban environment but conducive to the improvement of residents’ quality of life. For this research the author mainly adopts literature research and case research methods of combining, discusses and demonstrates the riverside park plant landscape design theory and method.Base on the designing of plant, this paper expounds the research background of riverside park plant landscape design, points out the importance and necessity of riverside park plant landscape design. And from the riverside park plant features, plant species selection, design method, plant maintenance and management, we analyze the research results of riverside park plant landscape design at home and abroad. Secondly, put forward the related theory of riverside park plant landscape design. By the principles and performance methods of riverside park plant landscape design, summarize Riverside Park landscaping methods of the three plants landscape form. Again, using riverside park plant characteristics as the breakthrough point, from plant factors such as color, shape, texture and space, the author carry on the thorough analysis, list the classification of three categories including production-oriented riverside park plant, ecotype riverside park type plants, ornamental riverside park plant, thus further come to riverside park plant has ecological value, aesthetic value, humanistic value landscape value of the three main conclusions.Through the above theoretical basis research, taking Xi ’an World Horticultural Exposition in 2011 as an example, from the project background, design idea, plant selection, analysis, partition plant landscape design, plant configure the special flower design of color composition analysis, analysis of specific practical application, verify the scientific nature and rationality of this concept, reflects the theory of practical guiding significance. In this paper, the research methods create favorable conditions to promote the quality of riverside park plant landscape design of Xi’an and the long-term development of city environment of Xi’an. |
