Research On Traffic Ecological Footprint Analysis And Vehicle Travel Control Of Xi’an

City road system consumption of a large number of non-renewable resources, has important influences on the ecological environment of the city. This paper makes an objective evaluation of the fossil energy vehicles in road traffic system of city consumption and pollutant emissions, after that puts forward the vehicle mileage under the control of traffic ecological footprint on the premise that the growth of motor vehicles.This paper constructs the transportation ecological footprint calculation model based on the improved ecological footprint in traffic noise pollution, and puts forward to calculate the city ecological footprint of traffic should be composed of three parts: the arable land, the fossil energy land and environmental pollution elimination land which including air pollution land and noise pollution ecological footprint.By collecting statistical data, literature research and field investigation, the vehicle amount vehicle composition, the annual vehicle kilometers traveled, the fuel consumption per 100 km, vehicle emission factors and other key data of Xi’an are obtained. Then calculates the vehicle traffic ecological footprint of Xi’an; To evaluate the contribution degree of the traffic ecological footprint, ecological footprint of Xi’an is calculated. Through investigation, the following conclusions are obtained: the Xi’an city traffic ecological footprint in 2013 accounted for 9.1% of the total ecological footprint, but only the motor vehicle exhaust pollution accounted for 27.8% of the total air pollution contribution to atmospheric pollution, motor vehicle rate can not be overlooked.From the different contribution of the models point of the view, the ecological footprint of truck accounting for about 41%, the passenger cars accounting for about 31%. The most important part of traffic ecological footprint in Xi’an is the fossil energy ecological footprint, accounting for about 83%, the pollution footprint brought by vehicle accounting for about 7.5%; the road traffic facilities and other direct occupation of the land area of at least, accounted for only 0.26%, almost negligible.Finally, from this point of view, the fourth chapter of each kind of vehicle type footprint control problems are analyzed,then Research on the traffic ecological footprint control of the passenger car: First, predict the volume of motor vehicles of Xi’an city for the next seven years and construct a relational model between the ecological footprint of passenger car and driving mileage, after that several different ecological footprint control mileage is given based on this model, and quantify the passenger car’s travel mileage under the control of ecological footprint. At last, the paper puts forward the control strategy of the traffic ecological footprint of the passenger car in Xi’an city.
