In this study, we aim to investigate fungi of northern suburbs of the northwest city underground water source well, and study the inactivation efficiency on fungi.During the investigations of samples from northern suburbs of the northwest city underground water source well from Apr. 2014 to Dec. 2014, 226 samples were collected,and 148 fungal strains were isolated,according to the molecular and morphological studies in this paper,29 genera were identified,Among them, 1 genus(Mucor sp.) belonged to Zygomycota; 5genera(Chaetomium sp. 、 Pyronema sp. 、Neurospora sp. 、 Bionectria sp. 、 Pleosporales sp.)belonged to Ascomycota; 12 genera(Acremonium sp.、Alternaria sp.、Arthrinium sp.、Aspergillus sp.、Cladosporium sp.、Curvularia sp.、Epicoccum sp.、Fusarium sp.、Myrothecium sp.、Penicillium sp.、Simplicillium sp.、Trichoderma sp.) belonged to Anamorphic Fungi.According to the size of the detection rate,the fungal dominant genera were:Penicillium sp., Cladosporium sp.、Fusarium sp.、Alternaria sp.、Simplicillium sp. and Aspergillus sp..The proportion of these fungi was different in the different months.The inactivation efficiency on fungi of underground of different oxidizing agents was studied.The results show that chlorine for the inactivation efficiency on fungi have a good effect.The inactivation efficiency increased with the increases of chlorine concentration.The inactivation efficiency increased with the water temperature increasing.The lower the pH value,the higher the inactivation efficiency.The extension of contace time contributes to the exaltation of chlorine, effect to the fungi.The optimum CT of chlorine in the experiment was 80 to 120 mg·min/L.The inactivation efficiency on fungi of underground increased with the increases of the ozone concentration,contact time.A comparision of chlorine and ozone for inactivation efficiency on fungi of underground,when the pH value was 8.2,the water temperature was about 25℃,at the same concentration,the inactivation efficiency of ozone was higher than chlorine.Chlorine for the inactivation efficiency on Penicillium and Cladosporium spores have a better effect.The inactivation efficiency increased with the increases of the chlorine concentration,with the increases of the contact time,and the efficiency under the acidic conditions is higher than under the alkali conditions.Under the same conditions, compared to the Penicillium, Cladosporium was killed faster, it meas that Penicillium resistance to drugs was stronger than Cladosporium.
