At present, the rapid economic development, while at the same time it also brings another serious problem, that is the deterioration of ecological environment. On the premise of comply with relevant policy, vigorously develop renewable energy has become a hot topic of the international community. However Separate development of wind energy or solar energy has such as high cost, operation instability factors, Therefore,how to effectively combinate them,so as to achieve the most use of resources, has become the research focus nowadays. Wind-light complementary system can overcome their drawbacks, has important practical significance.Performance of wind turbines is an important factor in the impact of wind and solar power generation system. Follow the installation wind turbines can be divided into two types of horizontal and vertical axes. Compared with the horizontal axis wind turbine,Vertical axis wind turbine can utilize wind from any direction, and don’t need transferred device, relatively simple in structure design and manufacture. And its generator and gearbox can be installed on the ground. This makes maintenance more convenient.so vertical axis wind turbine has important practical significance in wind and solar systems.In this paper, we use the typical H lift type vertical axis wind turbines as the research object, and set up Hohhot for the working place, first designed the main structure parameters of wind turbine, and processing of the blades and parts used in the experiment.Then using the method of computational fluid dynamics in the different installation Angle of wind turbine for the three dimensional numerical simulation, get the wind turbine under different working condition of wind energy utilization and tip speed ratio,the wind turbine torque and rotational speed, and the power of wind turbine and speed curve. The results show that for the design of wind turbine, when the installation Angle is 2 ° its aerodynamic performance is optimal. Then analysis the flow field pattern when the wind turbine rotation at its best installation angle. Comparative analysis of the pressure distribution of the wind turbine under different angles, the results show that the installation angle is 2 degree is more conducive to wind wheel rotation, differential pressure of inside and outside blade are the important factors influencing the impeller. At last, according to the fluid similarity criterion, make appropriate reduction for the designed H wind turbine, by selecting the appropriate blade materials and connection mode, carried on the wind tunnel experiment in Inner Mongolia University of technology.Because there are many factors in the experiments, the numerical value of experimental results is less than the simulation, but the overall trend is the same.Concludes the paper we can get that In terms of the same H-type vertical axis wind turbine, installation angle blade has a greater impact on the aerodynamic performance of wind turbines. Before the actual operation of the wind turbine, the simulation must be carried out of wind turbine under different installation Angle or do some experiments, so that to make the wind turbine which in wind and solar power generation system running in the best condition,and achieve the required output power.
