The paper was based on circulating cooling water as the research object, using for“Laboratory Furniture for Analyzing Industrial Circulating Cooling Water” doing dynamic simulation experiment.Experiments were divided into two parts, one part was using“Parallel plate uniform high-voltage electrostratic field(HVEF)scale inhibition processor”,and another was using“Ion stick non-uniform HVEF scale inhibition processor”. Texting the change of the main water quality indexes of circulating cooling water in the experimental process, and analysised the adherent scale and non- adherent scale by the scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and energy spectrum(EDS).By analysising the experimental results were based on “Parallel plate uniform HVEF scale inhibition processor” and “Ion stick non-uniform HVEF scale inhibition processor”,both in uniform HVEF and non-uniform HVEF, the scale inhibition rate were positive,illustrated two kinds of HVEF were effect on scale inhibition in circulating cooling water.Under the same experimental conditions(voltage were 3000 V, 4000 V, 5000 V, flow was600L/h), the biggest scale inhibition rate of the circulating cooling water was treated by uniform HVEF was 22.85%, and the biggest scale inhibition rate of the circulating cooling water was treated by non-uniform HVEF was 49.50%, these showed that the non-uniform HVEF was more effect on scale inhibition.Texting the water quality indexes of circulating cooling water in the experiments,mainly had H、Ca2+、p H、alkalinity、κ、Na+、SO42-and Cl-, and analysised the changing rule of the main ions in aqueous solution, studyed the effecting on Ca CO3 crystal nucleus formation and growth when the water quality indexes were changed.Analysised the adherent scale and non- adherent scale by the SEM、XRD and EDS after experiments. By SEM, we knowed that adherent scale and non- adherent scale were aragonite and calcite, and by EDS, we knowed that both adherent scale and non- adherent scale were Ca CO3.XRD diffraction analysis results showed that, no matter uniform HVEF or non-uniform were found that the aragonite grain size of experimental groups were decreaseing, related to control groups. Howere a part of calcite grain size of experimental groups were decreaseing. The paper analyzed the change after the two kinds of HVEF from the electric field force the water molecules and the activation energy and aqueous solution viscosity. For the uniform HVEF, due to the electric field force of aqueous solution didn’t work, electric field force increase aqueous solution molecules tend to be more linear array and activation energy, reduce Ca CO3 crystal nucleation rate. For the non-uniform HVEF, in addition to the electric field force can increase aqueous solution molecules tend to be more linear array and activating factor, also due to the electric field force to the aqueous solution of molecular negative work, resulting in further increase viscosity of aqueous solution, andscale inhibition effect is more obvious. The experimental results also showed that no matter what kind of high voltage electrostatic field, the voltage were 3000 V and 5000 V when the scale inhibition rate was higher than 4000 V when the scale inhibition rate, the causes of this situation, also need to make further experiments and analysis.
