Our country is located in seismically active areas. In recent years, the earthquake caused heavy loss of the social economy. In the earthquake disaster, caused by structure damage and the loss is the most outstanding, therefore, engineering for building structure seismic behavior research is becoming more and more deeply in recent years.The plane layout has great influence on seismic behavior of buildings. Different layout, different redundancy structures have different behavior in the earthquake. In this paper, the same structure type of RC frame structure with different redundancy are studied, full considerate the influence of the change of span and span number on seismic behavior of frame structure.Through the design of seven different parameters of frame structure and elastic time history analysis, Pushover analysis and elastic-plastic time history analysis, compare the rarely met earthquake under the action of elastic-plastic static results, according to each component position of plastic hinge, the order of the plastic hinge appeared, and the most story drift angle to judge the yield mechanism and the weak parts of the structure. Compare the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis results, Research the average of most story drift angle of each model under different earthquake. Put forward to evaluate the seismic behavior of reinforced concrete frame structure index, evaluating the seismic behavior of each working condition of structure. Qualitative research on the influence of seismic collapse resistance of different span number and different span of reinforced concrete frame structure. Analysis results show that decrease span number, redundancy is reduced, the most story drift angle is increases, the elastic-plastic deformation capacity and bearing capacity of reserve capacity is reduced, the seismic behavior become bad; Span decreases, the most story drift angle decreases, the elastic-plastic deformation and bearing capacity reserve ability raise, seismic behavior become better.In this paper, the less redundancy, big span, poor structure in the earthquake under the action of large earthquake time history analysis. Comparing the deformation of the structure in different degree under the action of earthquake, identify key link and key parts, improve the structure design, and provide a reference basis for engineering design.
