Abstract/Summary:
Fiber Reinforced Polymer, is one of the most popular engineering material in recent years. It has different types such as CFRP, BFRP, AFRP and GFRP. FRP composite material is made of fibers and matrix materials in certain proportion. Through a special extrusion, FRP drawled to form a type of high performance material. It has advantages of high tensile strength, light weight, non-conductive, high mechanical strength and less corrosion. Those excellent mechanical properties make FRP adapted to modern engineering structures like large-span, towering, overloading and the light-development building. FRP also be widely used in bridge engineering, all kinds of civil buildings, marine engineering, underground engineering. It is a core work to predict the strength and deformation of FRP-reinforced components in this research field. This paper based on the studying of the domestic and foreign scholars, aim at analyzing the affecting factors of strength and deformation about the FRP reinforced concrete column:1. On the foundation of the large scales of experiments and articles about FRP reinforced concrete column did by the domestic and foreign scholars, this paper put forward the main influence factors of the FRP reinforced concrete column, and making an analysis about the influence factors.2. Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, this paper conducted the numerical simulation and calculation about the FRP reinforced concrete column. Compared with the experiment date, this paper verified the accuracy of the calculate model, and then based on this model, carry out the detail analysis of parameters.3. Through nonlinear and linear regression methods, this paper makes comprehensive of all the effects produced by the main factors, put forward the improved formula of FRP reinforced concrete columns. Compared with the experimental dates to verified the formula.
