Research On Differences Between Attention And Satisfaction To The Tingyin Lake Park Of Multiple Roles

Difference is universal and inevitable. It is always brought up and discussed in the design field no matter being within different roles or internal difference of certain roles.It is worth of exploration and consideration to understand and face the difference, as well as figure out how to reduce the negative externality caused by them. Landscape space has been selected in this dissertation as breakthrough point to deeply study the difference of attention and satisfaction toward one object among roles, e.g. space user or provider, etc. Data gathered will be processed and analyzed by statistical tools, such as Excel or SPSS, to assist in exploration and explanation of reasons for the difference.Finally, it will come to the inspiration for future steps.Chapter One Introduction is about the origins of this study and research object,content, objective and significance. The research method and framework will be emphasized.Chapter Two Theory will brief the Role Theory and research about difference among roles. Theories, methods and research processes of evaluation after use are also contained. The IPA which is used in this dissertation will be focused. Besides, the research situation of Satisfaction Evaluation and difference of that on various people is also narrated.Chapter Three Methodology will demonstrate the establishment of evaluation system from objective, framework and evaluation index system aspects, etc.Chapter Four Research Object will review Tingyin Lake Circular Landscape Park’s background, design process, concept and construction as the supplement of background research. The users’ survey of Tingyin Lake will be discussed in this part.Chapter Five Demonstration will detailedly analyze and demonstrate research outcome. Survey and analysis of space provider and user about landscape space attention and satisfaction will be firstly narrated. Comparison on attention and satisfaction among roles will be launched to conclude preliminarily that difference roles will have difference attention to landscape rather than satisfaction. Finally, based on the relationship of users’ attention and satisfaction, advice to space provider will be put forward on four aspects. Following comes to Chapter Summary and Expectation to sum up the accomplishment, deficiency and ideas for future improvement.
