Rsearch on aero-optical effects smilator based on deformable mirror system is a semi-physical simulation method, in essence, It simulates a exterior environment produced by the aero-optical effects in the laboratory, to provide verification condit ions for the high-speed aircraft aerodynamic effect correction system, and can test the performance of high-speed aircraft. Compared with traditional wind tunnel testing, it’s cheaper, easy to use and operate, can largely save manpower and material resources, this research has a strong practical value. The research is for the simulation of aero-optical effects caused by side-window, design and develop a set of aero-optical effects simulation system, the core components of the system is de formable mirror,to produce the wave aberrations caused by the aero-optics effects, generated aerodynamic environment for Pne μmatic optical- effects correction system in a lab, then we can analyze various performance indicators of the system under test.Firstly, the research provides the overall design of the simulator, in a word, it’s to load the deformable mirror in the optical system. The optical system uses a transmission type system, and designed by three parts: First, design a collimating optical system, it takes the plane wave into a spherical wave; because the size of the deformable mirror is small, we need expand the outgoing beam, therefore, followed design the projection optical system, and fina lly, combine collimator system and projection system, and analyses the image quality and tolerance of the overall optical system. The results showed that the entire optical system is available. According to the parameters of the optical system designed to determine the match blackbody source and target, and then to produce different target image.Study the Zernike polynomials, and then determine the solving of Zernike polynomial coefficients. can be fitted with different forms of the wave front, then put the diffrent wave fronts into CO DEV software to analyze. By comparing the difference of output wavefront and input wavefront, indicating the entire system meeting the actual needs.
