With the increasing quality requirements of the processing, detection of process is increasingly important. Milling as a primary means of processing, more integrated sensors of milling handle are used to monitor online. However, with the increase in sensor type and quantity of milling handle, some issues become prominent: power increased and space smaller. The following problems of rotary shaft testing equipment supply have appeared: battery doesn’t meet this condition, slip ring power supply doesn’t meet the high-speed machining, the primary of rotary transformer power supply doesn’t be applied to operating characteristics of smart milling handle. In this thesis, to solve this problem, non-contact power supply technology of smart handle has been studied and a method of magnetically coupled resonant power supply technology for smart handle was proposed.Firstly, based on the basic characteristics of magnetically coupled resonant power supply technology, basic model of non-contact power supply device of Smart handle was established—— "2 send and 6 receive " 90-degree layout model. By using MAXWELL, the shape and layout feature of coils was analyzed, and feasibility of this model was verified. "2 send and 6 receive" 90-degree layout model based on rectangular coil was chosen and used as the basic model of power supply of BT50SLN40-150.Then, by analyzing the theoretical characteristics of SP model, this paper obtained the best turns of of maximum efficiency of the coil SP model. A mathematical model of BT50SLN40-150 handle power was analyzed and an appropriate set of coils parameters was obtained. By these parameters, smart handle power supply unit based on E class inverter circuit was designed.Finally, power device of smart handle was designed and made. And experiments of this device were performed.
