In this paper, a high speed injection furnace for gas premixed combustion was designed. The furnace was made by fuel system, air supply system, burning system, the system for date collecting and the system for after-processing. The air interlayer was used for insulation in the combustion chamber. The fully premixed type high-speed porous burner was especially designed. The high speed gas injection furnace using natural gas was first designed, and the furnace was studied by numerical simulation and industrial experiment for optimizing. The design of high speed coal gas injection furnace was guided with the result of natural gas injection furnace, and the reliability of the design was demonstrated by numerical simulation.Firstly, the preliminary design of the high-speed natural gas injection furnace was simulated by Fluent. The gas and air mixing process was analyzed in detail. The combustion status in the combustion chamber was compared with the different porous burner material, different initial temperature and different load spray, obtaining the relation equation. The injection furnace was processed by real proportion and it’s industrial test was carried out for verifying the feasibility and identify the problem. The experimental results were compared with the results of the numerical simulation to test the accurate of the model and parameters.Secondly, the design and simulation parameters was optimized according the numerical simulation and industry test of the high-speed natural gas injection furnace, guiding the design of the high-speed coal gas injection furnace.Finally, the designed high-speed coal gas injection furnace was simulated by Fluent, analyzing the mixing process of gas and air, combustion conditions in combustion chamber. The results were compared with the results of the natural gas injection furnace. The relation equation was obtained between the parameters in combustion chamber and the initial temperature, load.
