In recent years, a major breakthrough in our country has made in the field of transportation infrastructure construction as important carrier transportation, bridge structure not only in appearance, more attention on performance, its safety attracted people’s attention gradually, but also a security risk assessment model so it has been widely used. In this paper, the wavelet network was studied, and the establishment of a bridge on this ship collision risk assessment model, the bridge of the ship collision risk in construction safety assessment, and thus bridge construction management guidance. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, select three sets of data samples wavelet network algorithm simulation testing through simulation results of three sets of data analysis algorithms deficiencies exist. Undercounted both accuracy and convergence rate improved convergence speed and accurate simulation results given, it proves the improved algorithm has better consequence.Secondly, finite element software simulates the process of ship bridge collision, the process, which 3000 tons cargo ship collides with bridge pier, is imitated by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and a dynamic response analysis of system is finished. Through analysis, we know the change of energy of collision course,impact force under different conditions,and general regular between impact force, ship quality and collision speed; According to design drawings of cable-stayed bridge, we establish the finite element model of bridge by using Midas Civil, and dynamic characteristic analysis has been completed. Dynamic response analysis of bridge structure, which is under different ship quality, collision speed and impact angle, has been analysed, and time history response of bridge structure has also been analysed.Thirdly, data of structural response of ship bridge collision as real value trains wavelet network algorithm to get distribution of structural response. Structure reliability under different situations can be solved by using the Maximum Entropy Method. Combining with Grey Relational Analysis, influence degree of different factors can be determined and judged, to provide services for bridge structure risk assessment, monitoring and early warning.
