At present, green residential housing, one form of green building, is considered to be the trend of future residential for its energy conservative and technology-intensive feature. While, now, there are neither perfect nor specific policies and regulations about green building combined with its high cost, thus rarely consumers are likely to buy green buildings, neither will the real estate developers.From the existing literature we can find that most literature either do study from the perspective of green residential housing supply or from the perspective of demanding. But study that expand scope to developer, consumer and production dimensions are much less. So this study may expand research field on green residential housing choice behavior.Aims to study factor relationship of green residential housing choice behavior between real estate developers, consumers and green residential housing products, the author firstly read the domestic and foreign literatures widely to find the relative research on green residential housing and then sort out the relevant theory then pick out factors to construct SEM model.Firstly, the grasp of factor relationship can intuitively show the current situation of green residential housing market. Secondly, this study can give a better understanding for the interaction relationship between the three from microscopic scales and the strength between each other. Thirdly, the results may help developers have a better understanding about how to make selling strategy. From the government’s point of view, the results may put out new ways to encourage developers to develop green residential housing and consumers to consume green residential housing thus to effectively guide and regulate green residential housing market.The empirical study are done in Beijing, and with the help of Amos 21.0,the result show that: Green residential quality and performance factors have positive effect on both developer’ s develop decision and consumer’s purchase decision. The strength are nearly the same. While consumer’s purchase decision has the most strongest effect on developer’s develop decision and the path coefficient is 0.33. For the government, on one hand they should help to improve green residential housing products’ performance, on the other hand they should strengthen consumer’s cognition for green residential housing and encourage them to buy green residential housing thus to stimulate developers’ enthusiasm for developing green residential housing.
