With the fast development of electric power industry in our country, the transmission line is developing towards the direction of special high tension and large-scale. How to make the special high tension tower erection more fast, effective and economical has caused a fast-growing interest, so in engineering it gradually applies the lattice form tower crane into erection of special high tension tower, and it has really tested in engineering practice that the tower crane can increase the erection efficiency. However, the mechanical property under the elastic supporting structure of the tower crane used in electric tower erection still lacks the relevant standards for inquiry. Thus, in this paper, the elastic supporting structure of the tower crane used in electric tower erection and its influence on the mechanical property of tower body are studied in detail.This paper firstly obtains the expression of the maximal unattached height and the accurate expression of stiffness calculation for the tower body, and based on equi-stability principle, it determines the recurrence formula for the reasonable support distance when inflexibility supporting holds. Then, it discusses the methods to determine the reasonable support distance when elastic supporting holds, and first proposes the idea to calculate and verify the support distance using differential equation method. Finally, this paper obtains the explicit recurrence formula for the reasonable support distance when the lateral stiffness for each elastic supporting is different, analyzes the influence of lateral stiffness coefficient in elastic supporting structure on the length of effective extended, and by comparison it obtains the critical value between inflexibility and elastic supporting.According to the three common steel rope tensile and elastic supporting structures in engineering, this paper studies the stress state of each rope when the forces are exerted in different directions, and gives the expressions of lateral stiffness by stages under these three situations. It calculates the value and position of the least stiffness for the three supporting structures, obtains five properties of lateral stiffness for the three kinds of elastic supporting structures, which will make a contribution to the practical engineering application.Taking into account the influence of each elastic supporting, the paper obtains the expressions for lateral displacement and rotational displacement in each attachment sites of the tower body, and obtains the torsional stiffness of tower body and its supporting structure. Then, the paper analyzes and obtains the steel rope under the maximal force and its stress formula. Finally, the paper verifies the formula accuracy using the actual tower crane used in electric tower erection.This paper analyzes systematically on elastic supporting of the tower crane used in electric tower erection and its influence on the tower body, and gives the specific calculation and research conclusions, which is of high significance to the practical engineering application。...
