In recent years, with the increasing demand of military technology for automation, information and intelligent, multi-sensor information fusion technology is increasingly widespread attention in academic and industrial circles. In modern wars, we put forward higher requirements for airborne high-speed aircraft, such as the higher flight speed, longer flight time and wider airspace. In view of the above characteristics, we urgently need fully-autonomous navigation equipment to provide high accuracy navigation information. There is not a single navigation equipment can meet the demand at present, so we use multiple sensors for integrated navigation.Through the integrated navigation achieve multi-sensor information fusion, utilizing the characteristics of all kinds of navigation equipment to expand the performance of the whole system. According to the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of navigation system, we use the information fusion technology to realize the high-speed aircraft’s overall planning and advanced guidance and control.Selecting the high-speed vehicle multi-source information fusion as the research object, and establishing a model of high-speed aircraft navigation system at first. Secondly, we further study the multi-source information fusion method, and propose suitable information fusion method for high-speed aircraft based on data fusion. Finally research the multi target recognition and association analysis. We research on the grey association probability data association algorithm of adaptive entropy and the federal Calman filtering algorithm, and simulate to verify the navigation system design.
