| Installation art is an important part of contemporary art. It is affected by a variety of artistic genres. It has the most tenacious vitality in contemporary arts and always reflects the changing time. When "cross-border" integration is becoming a fashion, installation art is to inject fresh vigor into the architectural creation with its unique creative approach and technique, etc. By studying the production, development, definitions and characteristics of installation art, this paper extracts installation concept and connects it with the architectural creation in space and form.Firstly, the paper describes the purpose and significance of the research, studies the status and trends domestic and abroad. Secondly, it analyzes some related questions about installation concept, and mainly elaborates the installation concept. Thirdly, it summarizes the possible creation approaches of pouring installation concept into architectural creation through the analysis of a large number of examples, thus proposed some application strategies in architectural spatial form from both external and interior architecture environment.Based on a thorough analysis of installation art, this article extracted the core concept of installation art in the changing environment——installation concept, and combined it with the architectural creative activities in space and form. The paper forecasts a rheological trend in architectural space and form that architecture creation will combine with installation concept frequently. This paper provides a new reference and thinking in cross-border blend of architecture and installation art, indicating a new direction for contemporary architectural creation in space and form. |
