In recent years, under the background of the rapid and stable development of economy and the continuous progress of industrialization and urbanization in our country, the demand of the electric energy is growing fast. As the growth of the demand for electricity, microcomputer protection has been more and more widely used. In this dissertation, a hardware design scheme based on single STM32 chip was introduced to microcomputer protective device, the platform used a new chip whose performance was highly integrated to obtain the higher performance, which lowered the cost of overhead.The hardware design of microcomputer protection device was discussed and analyzed in the dissertation around the work carried out of the author. Firstly, in the part of the A/D circuit design, after discussing the factors that affect A/D measuring accuracy, the dissertation proposed a kind of hardware design scheme which could both restrained common-mode interference and improved its measuring accuracy, and introduced various considerations in designing PCB layout. As for the part of designing power module, the dissertation introduced the power structure, and tested the power performance. Then, according to the using experience obtained by precious product, the platform improved the usability and reliability of models such as switch quantity input, the switch quantity output and communication.Finally, the dissertation had also discussed the experiments and tests needed to be conducted in the design and production process of the microcomputer protection device.
